As the month of May comes to an end, a number of intriguing developments have made some noise on Twitter. And unlike in the world of global soccer (sorry, make that football), this week in global development was marked by a fair amount of positive news.
This week’s Top Ten list was quite mobile-heavy, featuring an interesting (and apparently effective) medical app, lots of evidence of mobile money momentum from Africa to Latin America, and new mobile services that could improve the lives of millions of farmers.
