Rich joined the Acumen Fund team in May 2010 as a Talent Associate. He supports Acumen Fund in its human resource function. Rich is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. While pursuing his Bachelor of Science degree, he completed HR internships at both Lockheed Martin and Gevity HR. Rich began his professional career at Cintas Corporation in the company’s 2-year Management Training (MT) program. After successfully completing the MT requirements, Rich spent time in business development before deciding to shift his career focus to HR/Talent Management. He transitioned to the fast-paced staffing industry in 2008 when he joined Beacon Hill Staffing Group, a leading agency in the Boston area.
