Charles Kenny, a senior fellow at the Center for Global Development, this week has a fascinating column in Foreign Policy magazine that placed a price tag on ending ’absolute’ poverty: $100 billion. (That?s just $24 billion more than Apple?s current cash on hand, incidentally). How could it possibly be this low?
